In the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, as a result of the wise policy of the Respected President, the training of highly qualified specialists in our country’s education system is being elevated to a new level in accordance with the requirements of the times. One of the primary areas in this regard is ensuring a harmonious connection between science and production, adapting higher education to the actual demands of the labor market and the development pace of the industrial sector.

To this end, a specially organized working meeting was held between the faculty members of the Department of Logistics of the Faculty of Economics at Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University and the management team of the "Khazar Logistics" Economic Society.

During the working meeting, the parties thoroughly discussed issues of establishing new forms of cooperation between the higher educational institution and the economic society, as well as developing and implementing targeted educational programs. In the course of the meeting, an exchange of views took place regarding the systematic improvement of the knowledge provided to students at the university in accordance with the actual requirements of the labor market and the tasks of modern production.

The main focus of the discussion was directed toward the early adaptation of students to production conditions and the enhancement of their professional skills in accordance with market demands. Concrete tasks were also defined to improve the quality of training competitive, highly qualified logistics specialists for the industrial enterprises of our country.

At the meeting with the specialists of the economic society, the university delegation noted the importance of directing the innovative and research activities of universities directly toward production needs. This opens up wide opportunities for introducing advanced approaches and digital technologies that keep pace with the times into the educational process.

Based on the results of the working meeting, the parties confirmed their intention to further continue cooperation and to plan new joint projects and educational-methodological events that will contribute to strengthening ties in the spheres of science, education, and production.

Based on the sustainable transport policy pursued by the Respected President, grandiose transport projects are being implemented in our country. Vivid examples of this include the Turkmenbashi International Seaport commissioned with the participation of Hero-Arkadag, the Ashgabat–Turkmenabat high-speed highway, the automobile bridge across the Garabogazgol lake, and numerous similar engineering structures. These projects make a great contribution to shaping the future international transport and logistics infrastructure of our country as a favorable transit corridor. The favorable geographical location of our country, namely in the heart of the Great Silk Road, opens up broad opportunities for it.
