Recently, Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages hosted the competition entitled “The Art of Korean Eloquence” aimed at increasing the younger generation’s interest in science and education, strengthening international friendship, and enhancing the effectiveness of language learning.

The creative competition, jointly organized by Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and Kangwon National University, was held in an atmosphere of great enthusiasm and demonstrated the continued strengthening of cultural and educational ties between two countries. Such large-scale events, organized within the framework of Memorandums of Understanding, make a significant contribution to the intellectual development of young people.

Students of higher educational establishments, learners from specialized educational centers, and talented secondary school pupils actively participated in the competition, demonstrating their language skills and abilities. This clearly illustrates the strategic importance of humanitarian cooperation and highlights the role of language learning as one of the most reliable bridges connecting cultures and bringing people closer together spiritually.

During the event, participants delivered speeches on the importance of learning the Korean language, new opportunities being created in the field of education, and friendly relations that connect generations and eras. The participants’ artistic recitation skills, stage presence, and richness of language demonstrated during their performances were fairly evaluated by the jury members. In addition, national dances and meaningful performances also added a special atmosphere to the celebration.

According to the jury’s final decision, first place was awarded to Leyli Babanyyazova, a pupil of grade 12 “B” at specialized secondary school No. 88 in Ashgabat, second place was awarded to Aynur Eyyamberdiyeva, a learner at the King Sejong Korean Language Education Center in Ashgabat, the third place was awarded to Leyli Ergeshova, a third-year student majoring in Korean at Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.
