A ROUNDTABLE MEETING WAS HELD

On October 15, 2026, a roundtable meeting was held at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University. The event was organized in accordance with the "Plan of Agitation and Awareness-Raising Events to be Conducted Among Student Youth of Higher Education Institutions of the Country," approved by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan. The plan aims to successfully implement the tasks arising from the "State Program on Youth Policy of Turkmenistan for the Period Until 2031" and the Action Plan for its implementation - approved by the relevant Decree of the Esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar following the guidance of the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero Arkadag - as well as to explain their profound meaning to the youth and to cultivate feelings of patriotism, moral values, and deep respect for national heritage in the younger generation.

As noted during the speeches, on September 23, 2026 - on the eve of the glorious 35th anniversary of our independence and in the year "Independent Neutral Turkmenistan - Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses" - a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan was successfully held. It was emphasized that the adoption of the "State Program on Youth Policy of Turkmenistan for the Period Until 2031" and the Action Plan for its implementation is of historical significance. Particular emphasis was placed on the immense importance of the Laws of Turkmenistan "On Education" and "On State Youth Policy," as well as the "Strategy for International Cooperation of Youth of Turkmenistan for 2023–2030" for the successful implementation of youth policy as one of the key areas of state policy pursued by Arkadagly Hero Serdar, for raising a modern, educated generation, improving the social and living conditions of young people, and further expanding international cooperation in this field.

During the roundtable, presentations were delivered highlighting the immense care provided and the vast opportunities created for the youth in our country.

At the conclusion of the roundtable meeting, the participants expressed their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their large-scale efforts dedicated to bringing our country to new heights of development in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, as well as for nurturing an educated and healthy young generation.
