Ceremonial conference was held
On October 8, 2026, a ceremonial meeting was held in the Assembly Hall of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan in accordance with the plan of awareness-raising activities among students of higher education institutions of the country, approved by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. The event was organized with the aim of successfully implementing the objectives arising from the State Programme on State Youth Policy in Turkmenistan until 2031 and the Action Plan for its implementation, approved by the relevant Resolution of the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, while following the wise principles and guidance of the Hero-Arkadag, National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan. Particular attention was given to explaining to young people the profound meaning and content of the Programme, as well as to strengthening their sense of patriotism, spiritual and moral values, and deep respect for national traditions and heritage. During the meeting, several presentations were delivered highlighting the comprehensive care provided to young people in the country and the numerous opportunities created for their education, personal development and self-realization. As part of the ceremony, the audience enjoyed a number of musical and dance performances by talented students participating in the institute’s musical group “Kuwwat.” The performances celebrated our Motherland, the esteemed President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, the Hero-Arkadag, National Leader of the Turkmen people, as well as the renowned Turkmen Akhal-Teke horses. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the participants expressed their words of gratitude and appreciation to the Hero-Arkadag, National Leader of the Turkmen people and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their extensive efforts aimed at guiding the country towards new heights of development In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as well as for their dedicated work to foster an educated, knowledgeable and healthy younger generation.
