To the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulyyeva is admitted to graduate school for full-time education and training of applicants for obtaining the academic degree of candidate and doctor of sciences in specialty 17.00.02 - Musical art.
THE ORDER OF ADMISSION TO THE POSTGRADUATE:
In accordance with the Regulation on the training of scientific personnel in Turkmenistan, approved by the decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated January 14, 2008 No. 9378, persons with higher education, at least 5 years of experience, who have shown the ability to research in the chosen field, are admitted to graduate school on a competitive basis.
An application for admission to graduate school is submitted to the name of the rector of a higher educational institution or the head of a scientific organization that prepares graduate students, with the following documents attached:
- a copy of the diploma of higher education and its annex (for persons who received education abroad
- a copy of the corresponding diploma, as well as a copy of the certificate of equivalence of documents of foreign states on education to the diploma of higher education issued by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan);
- personal sheet on personnel records;
- medical certificate in the form No. 086 / h;
- three photographs measuring 4x6 cm;
- a list of published scientific works, inventions and reports on scientific research work, if the applicant has scientific works and inventions in the prescribed form;
- a scientific abstract on a selected topic in accordance with the specialty;
- a copy of the work book. An identity document and a diploma (for persons who received education abroad
- a diploma and a document on its recognition) on graduation from a higher educational institution, applicants to graduate school are presented personally.
THE PROCEDURE FOR ATTACHING APPLICANTS FOR A SCIENTIFIC DEGREE PH.D.:
Applicants for the academic degree of candidate of sciences can be persons with higher education. Individuals who have completed a full postgraduate course of study are not eligible for admission as candidates for a PhD degree. The attachment of applicants for the preparation of a Ph.D. thesis is carried out for a period not exceeding three years. It is not allowed to be an applicant at the same time in two or more higher educational institutions or scientific organizations. To be attached to a higher educational institution or scientific organization, an applicant for a scientific degree of a candidate of sciences submits:
- an application addressed to the rector of a higher educational institution or the head of a research institution;
- a copy of a higher education diploma (for persons who have received higher education abroad - a copy of the corresponding diploma and a certificate of its equivalence issued by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan). An identity document and a higher education diploma (for persons who have received higher education abroad - a corresponding diploma and a certificate of its equivalence issued by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan) are presented by the applicant personally.
THE PROCEDURE FOR ATTACHING APPLICANTS FOR THE DEGREE OF DOCTOR OF SCIENCE:
Applicants for the degree of Doctor of Science may be persons who have the degree of Candidate of Science. The attachment of applicants to a university or scientific organization for the preparation of a doctoral dissertation can be carried out for a period not exceeding 4 years. To be attached to a higher educational institution or scientific organization, an applicant for a doctorate degree submits to the name of the head:
- application with a copy of the candidate of sciences diploma;
- a certificate of the academic council of a higher educational institution or a scientific organization conducting research in the field of the dissertation, on the readiness of 2/3 of the dissertation. An identity document and a Ph.D. diploma are presented by the applicant personally.
